Early in 2023 seeing the opportunity and potential for national salt demand to reach 4.9 million tons/year which only around 18% can be met, we are trying to start a traditional salt pond business in the Cirebon area with an area of 10 hectares, with a production capacity target of 1,000 tons/year.
Through the digital innovation of pasargaram.id, national salt production can be completely absorbed directly by industry, cutting the distribution chain, improving the economy of salt farmers, which as a result, will increase the number of salt pond land, farmers and national salt production.
